At Deals MP, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once you have received your return authorization, please send the product back to us in its original packaging and with all accessories and documentation included. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the returned product.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited back to your account.
